AMORT.XLM 4.1 for Microsoft Excel versions 4 and 5

Generate Great Amortization Schedules                                                   

This Microsoft Excel macro application will generate great
fixed rate and variable rate loan schedules.  It allows for
variable interest rates and extra principal payments.  For 
variable rate loans, it can project a worst-case interest rate
change based on the loan's maximum rate and maximum increase
per adjustment period.  It allows all components of the
monthly payment (insurance, taxes, etc...) to be changed at
any point in the loan.  The amortization schedules show annual
totals for interest and principal paid.  Generated 
spreadsheets are complete and functional but not customizable
without the password provided through registration ($10).

The macro runs automatically when opened.  You will be asked
to supply information about the loan (length, rate, etc...).
Please note that you can not enter any data into the variable 
rate related fields unless you select the variable rate 
option. When you have all fields completed and select "OK" 
the macro will generate a loan schedule based on the 
information provided.

Registration of this product will provide you with the 
password to unprotect the generated spreadsheets.  The 
unprotected spreadsheets can be customized in any manner you 
wish.  Fonts, colors, column widths, etc... can all be 
changed.  You will be able to see and adjust all formulas, 
and can customize the text to fit your needs.
